Rains begin across Uganda. Plant now. Bean and banana prices rise as supplies tighten. Livestock care and fertilizer application are top priorities.

Mostly dry conditions continue nationwide, with isolated showers only near Lake Victoria and Mt. Elgon. Rains expected in March
