Agriculture/Food Security Program Design
Working with your team to assess, design, and customize your agriculture program, IDEA will build with you the metrics used to determine success. IDEA will help design your program activities, outcome measures, intended impact indicators, logic models, logframes, and budget estimations.
Without clear vision and meaningful purpose, many nonprofits struggle to demonstrate impact and waste resources as they pursue ineffective activities. IDEA will guide you in a 2-day intensive to create a Theory of Change and Logic Model framework for your nonprofit that will transform your program from simple outputs to long-term impact.
Agriculture Business Plan Development
Beginning with a Food Security and Agriculture (FSA) Assessment, IDEA will diagnose the major challenges affecting your organization's community, prescribe 3 customized courses of action based on specific impact categories, and create a 25+ page highly customized business plan including a detailed description of how contracting with IDEA can lead to plan execution.
Fractional Program Director for Food Security and Agriculture
IDEA will meet via video chat with your in-country staff twice a month to coach, mentor, monitor, and guide them to success. In between sessions, IDEA will conduct research, create resources that solve challenges, and empower your staff to achieve their goals. IDEA will also provide monitoring and evaluation data and reporting to reflect the impact of the partnership and tell the story of the outcomes you are achieving for your organization to use in fundraising and communication with donors.
On-Site Consultations
IDEA will visit your organization in-country to personally conduct project evaluation, program management, educational seminars, and professional development for your team. Additionally, IDEA will provide detailed reporting on assets, community needs, level of impact, and future opportunities for your organization to pursue.
Hourly Rates for Special Projects
For special projects that fall outside of standard contracting, IDEA services can be provided at an hourly rate. Beginning with a 60-minute video chat meeting, IDEA and the contracting organization will outline the expectations of a project and discuss an estimate for contracting services and number of hours required to complete the project.
